Q:  What is the fastest way to find a particular product on Joebonsai.com?
A:  Use our convenient, cross-category, keyword search Quick Find feature.  You can search by item number, model name or key word(s) describing the product.  Also, you will always find links to product categories located on the left side of your screen.

 

Q:  How often is the stock updated on Joebonsai?
A:  Since we photograph every Bonsai tree we sell individually, and remove that tree from the website forever when it sells, our selection changes daily.  And we are constantly adding new tools and supplies.  Check back often.

 

Q:  What shipping methods are available?
A:  We offer UPS ground and expedited services, and U.S. postal service's Priority Mail.  Costs and delivery times are displayed before checking out - you choose what's right for you. 

 

Q:  Is international shipping available?

A:  For trees... unfortunately not.  It takes too long to get packages through customs without damaging live plants.  For everything else, we currrently shipped to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, the UK.

 

Q:  What forms of payment are accepted?
A:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express, Discover, Money Orders, Paypal and Amazon checkout.

 

Q:  How do I know when my order has been received?
A:  Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail from us.  This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and it includes your order number.  Keep this e-mail for your records.

 

Q:  How do I know when my order has been shipped?
A:  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail from us.  This e-mail confirms that your order has shipped and then is followed by an email from the shipper with your delivery confirmation number.

 

Q:  How can I track my order?
A:  When a shipping label is created for your package, you will receive an amail with your "delivery confirmation" or tracking number.  That number can be entered into the respective shippers tracking website.

 

Q:  Can I ship to my office or another residential address even if it is different than my billing address?
A:  Absolutely.  You enter your billing address and shipping address when you register, and can change it to fit your needs.

 

Q:  Are the product images on your site photographs of the actual merchandise?
A:  Yes, all of the product images on Joebonsai are images of our actual merchandise, even the Bonsai trees.

 

Q:  Do I have to pay sales tax on my online purchase?
A:  Since Joebonsai is based in Texas, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in Texas.  To customers residing in states other than Texas, there is no tax. 

 

Q:  Can I get a catalog of your product assortment sent to me?
A:  We don't print a catalog anymore because our tree inventory is so fluid.  We keep our website absolutely accurate and up to date of what is in stock, so the website now serves as our catalog.
