At Joebonsai.com, we're proud of our quick shipping.  We start processing your order as soon as it is received.  Orders are shipped as soon as humanly possible.

We offer a wide range of shipping options through United States Postal Service (USPS)  and United Parcel Service (UPS). Your shipping charge is calculated automatically based on the actual weight of your items.  You will be able to choose the shipping method you would like when you are checking out.

When shipping to a P.O. Box or APO address, please use USPS.  UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Live Bonsai trees can tolerate only a short amount of time in a box. When selecting a shipping option, please choose an option that will minimize the time in transit.  You can go to www.ups.com to estimate the time in transit.  Please note that 2nd Day Air does not include the day your item is shipped on - it starts the day after it is shipped.

Depending on the time of the year, we may choose to wait until Monday to ship your live Bonsai tree order so it doesn't have to spend a winter weekend in a frozen warehouse somewhere, or in a delivery truck parked in the sun at a warehouse in Phoenix and heated to a balmy 700 degrees.
