Dwarf Jades are great Bonsai tree because they are virtually care free. Perfect for beginners and old pros alike. Advanced students of bonsai find them excellent material because they adapt to any style and develop relatively quickly. A Dwarf Jade can be grown inside or out and is a great choice for home or office.

Also called "Elephant Plant" it can withstand long periods without water. The smaller leaves of this dwarf variety give it the natural and proportionate look of a real tree. Technically a succulent, it stores water in its trunk, branches and leaves, and will tolerate long periods without water.

These starter trees are not individually photographed, but the tree pictured here is representative of the overall size and shape of these Bonsai trees.  Can be grown indoors or outdoors but doesn't like the cold weather and should be moved inside when the temperature is 50 or below.

We think this is "one of the most under used and under appreciated Bonsai trees."
