Joebonsai.com ships your order quickly and is currently only using the U.S. Postal Service. All orders are shipped using U.S. Priority Mail at actual cost based on weight. This shipping amount is calculated automatically upon checkout. Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days depending on your location relative to Dallas, Texas. Our domestic shipping includes the great lower 48, plus Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands at no additional charge.

When shipping to a P.O. Box, delivery should be monitored closely by the customer to ensure the quickest possible delivery of Bonsai Trees.

We make every effort to ship your order within two days.  For Bonsai Trees that are purchased late in the week, we'll wait until Monday so that your Bonsai Tree doesn't end up in a warehouse somewhere for the weekend.
