I can't check out because it keeps telling me to choose a shipping option, but there aren't any shipping options shown. What gives?

Our shopping cart calculates the shipping cost or your order using the weight of your order and your zip code. This error message usually means that there is an error in the zip code (postal code) line of the address you used when registering. When the shopping cart can't calculate the cost of shipping it throws a fit and refuses to continue. Updating the zip code in your profile will fix the problem.

Another common problem is using the "Back" button.  Use of the "Back" button will sometimes result in the loss of your items in your shopping cart.  Use the index bar on the left hand side to navigate the system.  This will leave your items in your cart.
