Just write out what you'd like to say in the "comments" section when you check out. The "comments" section is on the same checkout page where you select your type of payment and shipping method - you can't miss it and we won't either.

And/or you can simply send us an email with your sentiments.

You should also know that we never include an "invoice" or any other documentation that reveals the price of your purchase.
