I had to write again, I'm sure you know why, too. Again my order came super fast, (but I knew when to expect it due to the quantum view email I got), well packed, and personal, caring, hand written notes from your personnel. Who could expect any better service? We also use UPS Worldship online at work, too. I am the Warehouse Manager, and we ship and deliver contract construction hardware all over the US, even Hawaii and Guam. We service contractors with all door hardware for hospitals, schools, and Commercial job sites. I didn't think any company on earth was similar to ours in customer care and service. Our company is one of the top suppliers in the nation, 3rd in the Southwestern US, according to sales volume from all the manufacturer's journals. I'm pretty sure your company is the top internet bonsai supplier, if your customer service, sales, and personal touch is any indication (And you have an awesome website!). Our company takes care of our customers and treat them like family, and we show them all the respect that they deserve. My boss expects us to go over and above to be the best in everything we do and to show outstanding customer care to all our customers, big or small. I get this same (actually more so) feeling from joebonsai, each and every time I order. I don't feel the personal touch from other outlets, so from now on you have all my bonsai business, (if you have what I am looking for, but I will inquire, too). I so look forward to the little candy treat, too..yeah! Cherry is my favorite! Yep, I am enjoying it while I unpacked my order and now writing my thank you letter. You guys are so awesome, it was such a nice surprise to get the joebonsai measuring cup, no kidding, I was going to order one, but decided not to at the last second. But then...I really could not believe you added it to my order as a gift, a coincidence?... but I so appreciate your kind gesture very much. You know I am a customer for life, so gifts aren't necessary but I have to tell you it made my whole month. It is rare to see this kind of customer appreciation from companies these days.  Everyone is all for saving a buck. All some of my saved bucks goes to creating and caring for bonsai, but I have such a lot to learn.  But joebonsai is always there for me, and I will always keep coming back.

D-FW was one of my favorite getaway areas when I was younger.
